A little about me....

I have been married to my amazing husband for fifteen years.  I am a former science teacher, currently, an author, peer coach and mommy to two beautiful girls.  I love competing in pageants to promote my platform, "You Are Not Alone."  

 

I am a PPD (postpartum depression) & PPA (postpartum anxiety) survivor and I am passionate about raising awareness for Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders.  I currently volunteer for the Postpartum Resource Center of New York .

 

 I love fitness, cooking, reading and spending time with my family.

I competed at the USA Ambassador pageant, representing New York State as Mrs. New York USA Ambassador!  I am continuing to use my title to promote my platform, "You Are Not Alone."  I am proud to have been awarded several awards:

 

1st runner Up  - Community Service

I held the title of Mrs. Suffolk County from 2015-2019 as I competed in the Mrs. New York America pageant!  Here are my achievements...
